Hamtaro Ham-Ham Heartbreak

The first game for Gameboy Advance, the second Hamtaro game in US, the third in Japan, and the first game that introduces Spat and Harmony. Which is mostly why I love this game so much because of thoses two cutties. There's a little bit more info and a few more pictures.

Summary

Hamtaro Ham-Ham Heartbreak is an adventure game with puzzles, Boss's to beat and more. There are better graphics that the previous game Hamtaro Ham-Hams Unite, with more ham-chat words to learn and a new adventure to unfold as the player controls Hamtaro and Bijou helping Harmony to defeat the evil hamster named Spat who is breaking hamster's hearts. Will Hamtaro and Bijou be able to defeat Spat?

Storyline

Hamtaro is having a dream which turns into in a nightmare. A hamster in a devil costume is destroying relationships with other hamsters. Then the hamster notices Hamtaro and attempts to attack him. Hamtaro is then awakened by Boss and Hamtaro tells Boss about his dream. Boss makes a joke about Hamtaro's dream being a dream of the future and asks Hamtaro to come downstairs. On the way downstairs, Hamtaro trips over Snoozer and ends up being stuck in a bucket filled with water. This causes most of the ham-chats becoming unreadable. Boss helps Hamtaro a little by reminding him the four basic ham-chats. When learning the Ham-Chat "DigDig" Hamtaro finds a love meter and keeps it even though he doesn't know what to do with it.

Boss then asks if Hamtaro would be willing to go find Bijou, who is missing at Sunny Peak. Hamtaro agrees and sets out to Sunny Peak and sees Bijou but before he got there huge boulders fell down and locked Bijou in between them. With Bijou trapped and not able to escape she crys for help. Hamtaro sees Bijou and manages to rescue her but Bijou is not willing to go to the Clubhouse yet. She's getting worried about Oxnard and Pepper who got into a fight. Hamtaro and Bijou go to find Pepper on top of a sunflower leaf and talk to her about why Oxnard and her are seperated. Pepper says that they had a fight because a strange hamster named Spat had told Pepper that Oxnard didn't like her anymore.

Bijou telling Pepper that that is a lie and runs back to Oxnard and the two settle their argument. While Hamtaro and Bijou head to the Clubhouse a hamster stops them, it turns out that this is the same hamster that was in Hamtaro's dream! He says his name is Spat, he tells them his plan and runs off. When they head to the Clubhouse, Bijou tells Boss about what happened at Sunny Peak. Before any of them can come up with a plan to stop Spat an unknown Hamster dressed in an angel costume comes. She introduces herself as Harmony an old acquaintance of Spat and notices Hamtaro has a love meter. Harmony then asks if he and Bijou would help her stop Spat and agree to help get rid of Spat.

Places

Theses are all of the places in Hamtaro Ham-Ham Heartbreak were Hamtaro and Bijou must go, to defeat Spat. Also to save love for all hamsters.

Clubhouse

It used to be Boss's house but thanks to the ham-hams, it's now the Ham-Ham Clubhouse. Where they play and visit each other.

Sunflower Peak

A grassy area with lots of Sunflowers growing out of the ground but there's more than a grassy area. There's also a cave with more secrets.

Sandy Bay

It's just like an ordinary beach except only hamsters are there. There's jars to sell to get sunflower seeds and even more secrets to be discovered.

Fun Land

An amusement park for only hamsters. There's games, rides, and even popcorn but don't amuse yourself too much. You have to still full up your love meter!

Boo Manor

A spooky, scary, and creepy place to be. Filled with ham-ghosts in almost every direction you take but there's still broken hearts to be saved.

Wildwoods

A part of the woods with wild animals like parakeets and alligators.

Spat Tower

Spat's secret base where he secretly has built for his final attack. Where a black and grey hamster named George is guarding the door of the tower under Spat's rules.

Characters

Theses are all of the main characters that are shown on the Hamtaro Ham-Ham Heartbreak Instruction Book. I'm not going to be doing every hamster on the game since theres too many.
