I've so glad to find Spat and Harmony's voice actors! ^^ Using my Learn Japanese book and with a little brain work I finally found the voice actors for Spat and Harmony! Now to find there birthdates! If I can. I've made at least a small paragraph for the description of each voice actor.

Spat's Voice Actor

Yamamoto Keiko is a veteran female voice actor from Osaka Prefecture, Japan. She does lots of voices for different characters than Spat. There isn't any information about her doing Spat's voice but she does his voice in all three Tottoko Hamutaro episodes with Spat and Harmony. Yamamoto does voices from Movies, games, and even dubs.

Harmony's Voice Actor

Description
Yuko Kaida is a Japanese voice actress and a theater actress from Kanagawa.She does many notable voice roles in many shows. There isn't any information about her doing Harmony's voice but she does her voice in all three Tottoko Hamutaro episodes with Spat and Harmony.
